ClUTCHES ARE PROBABlY FINE IF THEY WERE BURNT YOU WOUlDN'T BE RUNNING I'D CHECK PRESSURE AT HOSE FROM SPOOl VAlVE TO ClUTCH HOUSING INSERT PRESSURE GAUGE 180-200psi, if you change clutch plates again use 1680 clutches their a little heavier and won't warp as easy I've never had one lockup before, that's why I think your getting pressure to your clutches good luck!!!

Fooled around with this thing all day today. At first we thought solenoid was not working properly but it was. When seperator is engaged position, we took line off that goes from spool valve to top of pto housing, a little bit of oil is coming out but not much. When seperator switch is shut off seperator is still running byt no oil coming out of hose. I think we have exhausted every option but take pto off and rebuild it. Thinking about changing filter maybe, got to go tommorow for sure. Just wondering, does this pto housing need oil to shutoff, this isn't making sense to me, all I know is we have to roll tomorrow to get some beans off to plant wheat. Usualy don't get in this big of a hurry but afer combining 800 acres of flat corn in last fall, winter, and Spring here in Ontario I kinda want to get going.

Check this out, but I believe oil should be free flowing out this hose when the seperator is shut off.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Can't seem to find anybody at case-ih that knows anything about this.

You probably warped the clutches. Seen this before, next time try to shift into low to try and clean it out.
