perhaps replacing the keystocks with slotted grates would help not bust the cob so much.

You might need a new fan belt to get higher fan speed. Have people running at least 1200 and higher and makes big difference. Check concave clearancefor being too tight but do one thing at a time.Open bottom sieve and clean with top sieve.

We generally have 200 bu. corn under our pivots I would take them disrupters off and rice spikes out slow your roter down to 360 make sure your drum in feeder is up chopper in slow speed knives dropped down and must have cobbs coming out whole to get clean sample. Set concaves open enough so a few knernals are still om cob tighten just a little more so cob is clean set seives close to the same then fine tune them I would not try for more fan speed you will start blowing corn out the back. We have every other wire out of concave. Run about 3 to 3.5 with 12 row 22inch head hope this helps.
