Combines Shipping CRs without body panelsIJ

I think they are short on the side panels.I know they are assembling lots of CR's right now that are going to Europe, so maybe they are putting the panels on there. I just spent 3 days in the factory going to school to learn how to operate, service and program the CR's. I was also pre-delivery servicing the CR940 that I am taking to Texas next week.

NH Don-- We'd appreciate any comments you have after intensive exposure to the CR, although I'm sure you're busy getting ready to go south -- any new insightsIJ Good luck as you start your harvest run, and keep us posted as you can!

I saw a 960 at a dealership without the panel on back, and asked my friend from Harvest Support about it. He said the first ones delivered out were getting wind turbulance behind the rear panel and vibrating the braces til they would break, but he said the beefed all of that up as soon as they realized they had a problem. I hope they don't end up with too many of those problems they haven't sorted out yet.

I talk to my connection with one of the newholland product improvment engeneers and he said that the sheilds are made over seas and so they put them on the combines when they get over there. It is only the ones that are getting ship over.
