No, something is wrong. Accelerator rolls worn, auger trough problem or distribution auger problem, separator grate set too tight grinding material, splitter off or fan choke bent, possible hole in grate just before impeller or chopper. Maybe others can add things to check. At choke settting 3 you are seiveing and not air separating and using the accel rolls to throw grain through the super air blast.

Had the same problem all the time. I believe that it is grinding to material at seperator side. Put two sets of Dans sweeps on seperator side of rotor to get material out faster and never had any more problems.
