Combines Shoe not running square

Don't know what you could be missing. May need to loosen or replace rubbers and tighten when shoe is centered. Don't know if if I would worry about it and don't think that is reason for leak. How much would you be leakingIJ It could be that clean grain auger is throwing to much material forward and air blast is sending a few kernals out. If it is auger you could pull chaffer and sieve to get a look at right side where material needs to go into tube. You will notice a piece of metal above that area that is meant to prevent grain from getting into that air stream and you may need increase the size of it or something to keep material nearer to auger. Thanks Dan for replying to my question. It is probably not a large loss as there is plenty of MOG. Any loss through leakage,in my reckoning, is too much loss. Shoe is definitely sitting to the left. Have new set of bushes,could not see the sense in taking bushes off in an effort to recenter and putting the same ones back again.The bushes have probably established a particular wear pattern already. Have noted your comment re not tensioning up until centre is established. I'll try again. Thanks Dan.
