What mods. did you doIJ Did you pull every other wirer on sep. concaveIJ Did you cut every other bar on the sep. concave and move it to the next one and weld it back on. Moveing bars will make the concave less agressive, some were I read that here. Good luck with harvest

I have installed helical vane extension kit,pulled every other wire out of concave,placed two F2 bars on bottom of seperator grate. Also I have extented helicals into discharge,removed every other cylinder bar and have high wire seperator grate. May have to try and move bars on concave. Did fairly well today with tight cylinder setting and 675 rotor speed. Almost no splits.

My bet is the sweeps will reduce shoe load by helping to prevent the grinding. I would surely try the sweeps with out the disrupters first. We run n1 and n2 Bison rotor in wheat and things loos very promissing. I'm going to try get them into some green soybeans. There will be some sweeps in green beans shortly. Take care.
