Sorry farmertim, I'm in western Oregon, and I dont have any direct experience with soybeans. So I better not guess and be wrong.

Skinnbones right about the bed augers, the augers on the right side THROW the grain to the left the rubber paddles THROW to the middle too.They make an auger that has reverse flighting or flighting that is opposite of the augers on the right side of the auger bed. What the reverse flighting does on the left side auger is THROW the grain to the right or towards the center of the chaffer along with the rubber paddle. IF you DON'T have this auger on the left side the grain is THROWN into the side of the combine. AlSO the pinch point can determine heavy right or left, try 11th bar etc.
