I have one of Marvin's AirJet chaffers in mine for corn and beans and wouldn't have anything else!

I have used the soybean elements for the wheat, so you could get buy with 2 sets for your grains. Used the Air Jet for 4 seasons now....like it very well.....JK

loewen chaffers_sieves have plastic bushings in each hole, with metal slats, along with a notched adjuster that keeps adjustment in place. They do not make plastic slats.

I was going to say the same thing, we have Marvin's Air Jet in a 1688...Wouldn't change it for anything else...Didn't know he made them for the shorter sieve machines...easy to change, 2 wing nuts per section...need to run a lot of air on this set up.
