I was having the same problem last year, but hoped that all these updates would solve that problem. Have you done a kill-stallIJ If not, that would be a good thing to do, so you can see exactly what is going on back there. My machine last year was threshing too much material on the right side and not enough on the left, so as the material hit the seives, the air blast would not separate the right side material. By theory, you should be able to move the pinch point of the first two modules, and that should move your pile of threshed material under the rotor. If your pile is bigger under the one side, shift the pinch point to that side.
