Combines sieve recommendations

Suggest you replace the chaffer (top sieve) with either a shorter fingered model, or even better, replace with a nonadjustable airfoil chaffer which will save more grain with more air applied than the adjustable version. These should take out large trash well enough that your present bottom sieve should clean very adequately. With either one, be sure to check the cutoff point on your fan blades. This is at the top of the fan throat where the housing curves back toward the front. Fan blades should be within about 1_4" from this point and should maintain that distance completely across the throat. If they're too far away (which is usually the case) they can draw air back in thru the top and create a back pressure which will prevent maximum air being drawn into the ends of the housing. If they're too close, most air will go to the very front of the chaffer and you will lose lift too far forward. Hope this makes sense.
