Well...what to do depends on which light is going off. You need to put the separator in gear and rev up the engine to full throttle to make sure everything is turning at normal speed. Which light is lighting up is where you need to look. These sensors do often times fail...just go to your dealer and pick up a new one. If that doesnt work...check the wiring plug. The plug for our straw chopper went bad this year. And speaking of choppers...does your combine have oneIJ If not and that is the alarm that is going off then check to see that the wires running back there are grounded. Good luck...if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

last fall while getting a new (to us) 6620 ready for the field we had problems with various sensors not wanting to go out. (light would not go out and buzzer wouldn't shut up) We finally decided it was the brain box that sits behind the console and picked one up from a combine graveyard for $50. That fixed the problem after we also tracked down a couple of sensor wires that had breaks. Good luck!

All lights stay on when machine is running at full rpms and the shafts are turning at full rpm. I find it hard to believe that all sensors are out.
