Combines smallest tractor for grain cartIJ

I have used a 85 hp IH on my Brent 450 bushel buggy loaded with wheat but I do not recommend it. The drawbar really curved around but it was the only unit available at the time. It will really depend on the ground conditions you are working on. With normal conditions I think a 100 hp 4wd would be sufficient.

We have the same cart, and we pull it with a 4440 with Duals. In soft ground, I wouldn't want anything smaller. On hard ground, you could get by with quite a bit less. last year the ground was hard enough that I had to actually hit the brakes when coming to the truck.

We use to run a 400bu Killbros with an 8340 Ford. Got a new Unverferth 620 and the 7130 Magnum will run it now. Take care, Nathan
