Combines Snow in south Alberta

Need some custom combines in nowIJ 8570's and 1 8780 with fieldstar MF 220 headers with Claas liftersIJ How many bushels per acre. I got 10 of wheat 10 of peas 15 on barley silage all canola love these prices but not enough inventory How far south I'm at 3 Hills

I'm at Vulcan. I'm still going to try to get it with my 8570, 30 foot header, UII pickup reel, and Dutch Industries lifters. The yields have been pretty good here - 45 wheat, 60 barley, 25 canola. Of course that was before the frost and snow. Doesn't take long if a guy can just go do it more than one day a week. Got 850 acres left, mostly wheat standing.....well, it was standing!!

GeneO: Would you like to sell some of that barley ,I'm up east of Edmonton and am looking for some seed barley. We were droughted out this year, every thing went into round bales. What variety is itIJ Thanks Steve B

Barley is Harrington. Most of it is still standing. What I had combined I've already moved, cash flow at harvest ya know. Weather is supposed to be good for the next 5 days and should be able to get it. I'll let you know here or you can email your email address at genea@telusplanet.net. Hopefully it is still in pretty good shape as I need it for seed too. I bought it as certified seed this spring. I read that you fellas had a bad time there. We get pretty dry occasionally here but not usually where you are. Isn't this a great game we're inIJ!IJ! So you bet you can have some seed as long as I can get it. There also is a seed farmer right next to me, he had some off before the rain and snow if you're interested.
