We were in he same situation as you are. We had a Gleaner N5, and now have a 1660. Went to caseih for the same reasons. After learning more about our 1660, try to find out the service records, especially on the rotor. If its rocky in your part check to see if there was a rock trap in place. We damaged our rotor because of that reason and costed us big time. The newer the nicer features on them but a 1660 will keep up with the rest. The rotor is the bigge to check on otherwise look at general wear. Good luck
