Rumor has it that the new NH Genesis replacement will be a blue version of the CIH MX Magnum series. Similar to what they have done with the large 4 wheel drive tractors. The Genesis will be continue to be sold as a Buhler, who bought the NH factory in Winnepeg Manitoba Canada.

SO IF I UNDERSTOOD IT WIll BE THE SAME TO BUY A MX TO THE CASE DEAlER OR TO BUY A NEW BlUE VERSION TO THE NH DEAlER...

I am sure there will be some differences. The NH super-steer front axle system maybe one thing that NH will have on their blue tractors the dual hydraulic pumps may be another.

THANKS JOHN I didn't know if i could buy an another 8970 a but i think there is no risk and anyway they will keep the good resale value they have. THE NEW ONE IS ANNOUNCED FOR FAll 2003 IS IT RIGHT IJ I VE BEEN TO OKlAHOMA lAST SUMMER IN ENID. WHERE DO YOU lIVEIJ

I just had a 8970 go back on lease return, could not afford to lease another one because NH Credit has lowered their residual on the Genesis which is not understood by manyIJIJIJIJ Anyway, what I'm getting to here is that the "new" tractor will be available this fall, my dealer told me he will be able to start ordering them this July. If it is just a blue "MX" with a few of the Genesis's traits, I think they are making a big mistake on this one. If "Buhler" can make a go in the USA "MFWD Tractor" along with bumping up the horsepower some, I'm thinking many NH guys will go with the Buhler tractor as I know if they where available in my area I would if the price was right. In my area at the moment, Dear John has the best price in town and I will let all know if an 8320 JD stands up to the 2 8970's NH I have had.

There is a launch of the new range of CNH tractors in Spain(sounds like a Deere trick) in a few months time, All tractors coming out of the UK plant will be TM s with CNH undercarrage paint (Case Black) and diffrent colour body work. Some cab_Gearbox diffrences will be see between tractors, Also UK NH dealers are starting to open or take over Case dealerships BUT are NOT allowed to sell Case through a NH outlet.
