I worked with a lot of deeres this year and they had to do a lot of traveling to get parts(thats if they were in Australia) so NH is not alone.That doesn't make it right of course.

Downunder, I am real p*ssed off with NH spare parts at the moment. About two weeks ago we were harvesting near Moree, NSW and broke the rear straw walker crankshaft on Tx66 on a Sat night. We notified our dealer on Sunday morning and it took until Wednesday for the part to arrive in Moree from Sydney. That is an absolute joke, 4 days downtime in the middle of harvest when it should have been maximum of 2. If they don't come up with something to cool me off shortly they can stick their business up their u know what and i'll happily go green.
