Axial-Flow Specialty rotors will crack corn if: 1. Shelled Corn enters the rotor via the return elevator. 2. The rotor is set faster than 350 rpm (80 - 88 series) or above 450 on the (60 - 66 series). The use of Gorden Bars will help you reduce cracking by threshing and separating sooner.
