I have a 800 series head and replaced my feather sheets last year. I went to a sheet metal shop and got some stainless steel sheets the same size punched holes and installed. When you remove the sheets you will find they are just flat sheets that are bowed up when installed. I couldn't tell any difference from the originals. Hope this helps.
