Combines Stalling reel

This could be tough. This is a place to start. The things common are n1 an orange wire with a grey tracer. This runs from the seat interlock module to BOTH the reel control and the AUTO HHC. A bad connection here can rob power as the AHH tries to power the master and raise coils. n2 is the Ground. There is a 5 pin connect consisting of 2 reds, a black , blue , and orange coming out of the module. After it plugs in the black wire goes to ground. IF this is not a good ground it will back feed through the seat module trying to seek a ground. n3 is the seat module ground. Check the wires and ground. IF it still does this then place a voltmeter on your orange _grey tracer wire to the reel speed. IF the voltage drops you have to back trace to find the problem.

I wiggled all those connections and it seemed to help. The other night it was progressivly getting worse. I thought it might be getting low on oil, but it checked out to be O.K. It seemed like it would always do it when it had to raise up a ways like over a terrace. later then, after I raised it manually, the reel would stop when I hit the down button as it lowered in the auto mode. I only cut 17 more acres now and it was better than the other night, but still seem to slow when the header would lift. I'm done with the short season beans for now and have the cornhead on, but I'll be back to more beans later. Is this an electrical problemIJ
