Anyone from the Northeast and started your seeds yet? How many do you actually start inside? We do start a few but most times we buy plants from the Amish family. I think we are going to start more seeds this year.

We're in the northeast (upstate New Yrok). It's too early for us to start seeds right now.

Too early for us too here. We are in the planning phase still. We want to expand this year so we have a lot of planning to do. We do start many from seed though.

I like to get my beans out before Easter Sunday. I kind of use that as my marker. I usually start my tomatoes and peppers inside the first week of March.

@Thyme Flies By Do you start your beans outside that early?
I was thinking March would be a good time to start the inside seeds. That would give them a few months to get roots before I replant outside.

Nope, not yet. It is still quite early here. We have a lot of snow still. I'm hoping that it melts soon. We will probably start our seeds mid March. That seems to be adequate time for them to take root before planting season.
