elroysdad, I know of a 4-38" black cornhead that has been on a N6 for the last couple of years and is now for sale.If I remember right,the price is $500. The adaptor that you refer to, is it a big job to install, is it expensive, can you convert any A4-38 to fit on the R seriesIJ

Depending on the age of the cornhead,the adaptor will be a over the top bolt-on or if new enough it could be a bolt-in the inside of the cornhead. This gentleman may even have the adaptor to go with the cornhead since he is going to a 6-row. Hyper Harvest II
