This my sould silly, but have you turned the gps on in the setup and does the receiver have power. Are you talking all gps or just differential. The antenna cables have been known to get water in them and short out. Error code 180, from the AFS ops manual, GPS receiver communication lost. Could be a harness_connector problem. Has this system worked before. Can the antenna see the sky. system requires a minimum of 2 satellites to work. Is the receiver port output set to Port A. System requires a NEMA (GSA),8-n-1 message string at 4800 baud rate.

Thanks for the message..... I talked to my case guy and i know for sure what the right input and output is on the sytem And i couldn't tell you about if this system has worked before cause its new.... well i guess we will see today... I think i might just keep useing it even if gps is flashing if i have DGPS as long as its drawing maps then it will do it at home Also even when the gps flash's i can get longitude_latitiude and Altitude lol

If you are getting location you have gps. If you are making a map you have dgps. After reading this last message a couple of times, something flashed thru my brain that I think there has been a change in how the software presents information on the display. Sounds like the system is working. Are you getting yield, mositure, and other data as wellIJ

Thought of something else this morning. It sounds like the system is working, but remember what you need in order to record data. Ground speed above .5 mph; elevator speed 599 or below; crop flow from the impact board; header below stop height. Can you verify the above from the following. Did you calibrate ground speedIJ Does the display show elevator rpm and also instaneous flow or yieldIJ Moisture calibratedIJ Just some additional thoughts.

I had same problem. It was connector from the harness to the antenna cable. Wasn't wired up properly
