Sounds like the rubber paddle on the left hand auger bed has been moved (removed completely) from the factory position about three-four inches from the end of the auger flighting. The paddle was put there to throw some grain up in the area between the cage and the lH side door_frame of the combine to prevent trash build up in this area. As the other post said, make sure the auger is turning as well.
