Combines straw in bin

one quick thought, check the seal on the panel right above concave door. anything leaking here dropping down sucked through the fan and blown under the lower screen will end up in the bin. A tell tale sign is plugging at the back of the chaffer.

If straw is breaking into so many tiny pieces you might have to try prevent making them. If you don't have forward bars to put in place of reverse than maybe just remove and leave the spot blank. Also make sure bars have been extended to discharge. Do you have helical extended across feeder. A few of these things will help prevent breaking up the straw excesively.

Worn helicals will sure add to the problem. You should be able to just reach around the cage and feel them. like has been said before you dont need very many reverse basr, if any at all. The triangle and helical over the corner of the rear feed chain will also hellp in most conditions. like Dan said, my fist thought is "your problem isnt cleaning, it is not making tiny pieces of straw". Just like in the past when people claimed they had problems with cage sweeps.....if you had problems with cage sweeps plugging......cage sweeps werent your problem, you needed to keep some straw in the cage.
