jr This isn't a straw spreading comment, but a capacity improving change. Maybe everyone already does this; At the header opening to the feeder house, I remove the tin fairing on the right side of the header opening - lets material go in fully to the right hand side of the feeder house and get full use of the right end of the rotor. This shouldn't cause problems unless you have alot of BIG stemmed weeds that can get caught in the chain links and keep going around with the chain. I've set mine up like this for years - good for at least 5% more capacity at same horsepower used. Return comments, etc. appreciated!
