The only thing I could think of is JB Weld the old plug in place . Drain good first and clean, clean, clean. Then drill a new hole the size of a brass female pipe coupling and braze it in or weld in a black pipe coupling. Then use 3_8 or 1_2 plug for new drain. The danger here is welding with petol in the pan. Pumping in co2, N or exhaust would prevent possiblity of explosion - which I don't think would happen but then my lawyer just lost 3 years off his life. Never mind and don't do anything in this post.
