Combines STS no big deal

we have found the opposite of the STS. we sent samples of our popcorn that were done with our sts's and from a 2388 to get tested for mechanical damage and the sts sample had less damage than the 2388. in corn the sts has done well for us with 1293 corn head we run 4.5 mph with little loss and a sample with no fines. And so there will be 10 new STS's in our shed this spring

we do wheat, edible beans, and some soybeans. the STS performance in edible beans is the main reason we switched from conventional deere's to the STS. you virtually can not slug a STS no matter how green the stems are. the 2388's take in a wad wraps it around the rotor and you are down with a slug. in wheat the STS is good but so is a 2388 in wheat. in heavy irrigated wheat we don't have the loss over the walkers that we always had with the conventional deere's.with the deals deere is putting out to case operators like yourself i am suprised you didn't look into the STS a little closer. everybody knows a farmer can set a combine better than any factory rep

I just got back from harvesting for six months and from running a 2388 and then trying a 9750 and 9650 sts's they are guttless. In 125 buac barley the 6 2388 that we ran were lapping the deers in swaths and straight cut. Iam trying to send pics.
