Combines STS Performance and Durability

1. A 9650 STS generally runs a mile faster in the same crop than a 9610. 2. We harvested about the same amount of acres with our STS this summer as we did last year with our 9610 but due to the higher capacity on the STS we put less separator hours on. The wear was a lot more than on the 9610. The concave on a 9610 for example lasts about two years harvesting all crops, while the wheat concaves on the STS lastet only one summer harvesting the wheat only. 3. on the part of the concaves of the sts for wheat was it the small wire concave, how many acres did u run on it

I think we had what they call the small wire concave. We did almost 5000 acres per machine on them.

Didn't say that you wanted it to wear out that fast, and no I would not either. This was a one for one replacementIJ
