You're probably looking for losses in a bad spot. As STS will spit a little out on the turn rows when you pick the head up and also a little just after you start a pass. look on the ground after you're sure you've got the machine under a full load. Beans on the back axle don't mean much. They will always be there.

More likely your probably have a problem with the material not being level across the shoe.Might do a power shut down first to check level. Have had the same problem. I like to run seperator cover plates (rear of rotor cage) on both sides to level out the material load on the shoe depending on condition. If too much load goes on one side it can't get seperated by air it returns more trash and have more losses.
