Combines STS vs 2388 Results

Thanks for sharing that info, never got to compare our 9750 STS to any other combine except our own 9610. We use to have two 2188, but we really coundn't compare the past to the present unless we still had a 2188. The pricing of a new STS might be a little high, but if you get one you won't regret it. We are also planning on trading our 9610 off for another STS. Does anybody know if a 1243 cornhead and a 1253"A" row crop head would be compatible on a 9650 STS or would be light in the rear endIJ

Sounds like the 2388 competed fairly well, because I believe it is officially one class smaller than the 9750. A true comparison would have been a 2388 against a 9650 STS. Then you would probably see no power difference and losses would likely be the same.
