Take off and replace with straight discharge paddles. Rays Repair in Rugby ND can get you some. He also has a kit to extend the the rasp bars into the discharge chute.

We had Sunnybrook send us straight discharge paddles and one inch wider toward bearing plate a couple years ago. Other Sunnybrooks in our area I straightened discharge paddles and then welded in where paddle will crack open. I widened them while at it. We also have one with extended bars to discharge but straightening paddles with take the pressure off of the kickers that Sunnybrook has on there. Get ahold of Ray like dibber says for he may have extended bar kit on hand. I think you'll find some new capacity if you get the rotor to discharge properly. Good luck
