Should not be a problem. Count the threads exposed or the length exposed or the number of turns you back the screw out. There is a plug underneath so there should not be a gusher. Reinstall new oring and snug 70919423 nut. Before you do this you did try snugging the set _jam nutIJ I have not looked at this in many moons but you cannot remove the oring after removing the jamnut can youIJ

I did try to snug the jam nut and the problem still existed. It appears by looking at the diagram that the o-ring will come out with the set screw part n71329303, The set screw part has a shoulder on it that should retain the oring. I could be wrong but I hope not. I will be attempting the repair this evening. again thanks for any help or advice.

I took the jam nut off and the o-ring was located there. Pretty easy fix with out removing the set screw. Thanks.

my assesment is the concave assy is broke or warped. look on the RH side of 71369930 frame assy, concave where the part narrows. Others may have some insite.

we pulled out the saddle where the upper and lower concave sit and it was warped bad, once we got the lower concave out you could really see the problem then. It is amazing that a rock could twist that frame like that and not damage the cage or a lot of other parts. Thanks for answering.
