no, 71357406 is the no. , as to the pickup quitting the only reason is the sensor has quit is it has ground off the little pickup tab through contact, which is why I like the 71313444 plus the fact they are a bunch cheaper. The plate to mount the 71313444 is n71319896 for the eng., diesel, off the lAte F2_F3s. Switch the eng and cyl to check out. Also if it vibrated too far away it coultd have quit. The mounting plate for the cyl pick up 4 the 71313444 has been discontinued but can be had off a salvage machine or built.
