We leased a 2388 for a little while last summer to run together with our STS then. I couldn't be there myself but here is what our guys found. The STS's were pushing a 36 foot draper while the 2388 had a 30 foot rigid in front. We were cutting irrigated wheat. The 2388 had to run a mile slower than the STS or it would throw over. But it cleaned the wheat a lot better than the STS ever did. Being new to the 2388 we might not had it set perfect. Otherwise we thought it was a nice machine.
