The most expensive tractors in the world

Case IH Quadtrac 620 costs around $3,000,000. It has a 12900cc six-cylindered powered. John Deere 9620RX, which costs around $2,800,000, comes with a Cummins QSX15 engine with a total displacement of 14900cc. I am just curious to know what else sets these tractors apart?

The first one is supposed to be super powerful that can handle any terrain. I wonder who runs something that expensive though? Because you can build anything you like, but that doesn't mean anyone is buying it.

Can't say that I know, but given those (list?) prices vs. the used prices it'd seem depreciation on them can be a killer ...even if they helped earn a lot of profit going from those prices new to under $600,000 (US dollars) with less than a thousand (or two) hours on them would hurt.
