Turn over a couple of times then position sieve box in centre of its stroke. Best way to hold is put a spanner on the hex shaft that drives it.Then tighten up. This is to make sure that bushes twist same amount each way when working.

aussie harvester is correct. At an IH combine clinic a few years ago,the factory rep stressed the point that the bushings must be locked while in the mid point of travel. It seems that owners were replacing bushings and locking them at one end of the the stroke. This put all bushing twist in one direction which quickly destroys the bushing.

just also note how many washers are on each shaker arm and wish side of the bushs washers are on this is important for alignment count and write next to where u take them off eg 4 inside 2 out use a whiteboard marker and then it will just rub of the paint will make also take note how much of the bush is sticking out and from which side before pressing out other than that folow previous postings job looks harder than it really is

On the old 14 series with the steel jacket on the bushings.I have found that polishing the outer steel jacket slightly with a wire buffer wheel makes them press in easier,so less chance of damaging the bushing or arm.
