This number does not sound correct according to my chart. Could you check itIJ I don't know about the western special. I have some 510 sales literature, but it is not where I can look at it. Sorry, I have not been much help.

Here is the whole thing. Code n: 1201 TR-UF1159 Serial n: 33127 Motor Serial n: UA64832l Motor type: A6-354 Another question I have is how much hp does this engine have. I can't believe they were able to cram a Perkins 354 underneath the sheet metal. We had a 760 with the 354.

Your neighbor was right, it is a 1977, the last year they were made. I don't know the hp. Hope this helps.

This engine should have 105 - 110 HP at flywheel. This was a perfect balance of power to combine size. With a four row corn head you could make her sing, even while unloading on the go. We used to have an MF 550 - same thing only newer.

I farm in MT, wheat country. I have a 20ft grain header on it and a pickup header. 20ft is almost too big for the 50-60 bu crop we had this year.

Thats a huge head for this combine. Must only cut the heads do youIJ In Eastern Ontario, we never run more than a 15 foot on this size.

We cut about 6-8 from the ground on a normal year. Average dryland wheat yeilds out here in the arid west is about 20-40 bu per acre on a normal year. Big headers are normal out here. I am going to post links to a few pictures on top of this page. Take a look at them.
