Tighten up the concave. I run mine down around 2 in tough beans. Keeps them from "balling up" around the cylinder.

RUN THE CYlINDER SPEED AT 700 TO 800 ClEARANCE AT 1 OR 2 AND lET FIllER PlATES IN .AND RUN AT 4 MPH.

If you haven't replaced your raft bars yet, you should. We replace ours at 800 hours, and made a new combine out of it. Raft bars can look good but if they have fron rounded edge slightly they are not aggressive, and will not grab. Also, by putting raft bars in you can increase ground speed which gives you more of an even feed at the head, which will increase your capacity. Also, speed up cilinder in green stem beans as long as you dont crack them.
