Don't open your concaves when she start making noise, tighten them. Rotor has to grip the the stalks and vines and auger then out the back. CIH rep years ago told me the most common problem new rotary operators have is opening the concaves when they should be closing them. Or stuff more stuff in to the rotor which has a similar affect.

First of all tuff , green stemed beans tighten concave to 1, speed rotor to 650 under load, Which will be 700 no load, Force feed with reel, grnd speed 2.7 to 3.2, an this works grt
