I assume the shear bolts that you are refering to are the ones on the drive sprocket at the end of the long cross-auger. Check the spacing on the end of the auger next to the sprocket on the inside of the hopper. When the auger is loaded it can force the auger back against the end and the flighting can hang against the mounting bolts. Also check that the timing is correct on the short auger between the cross auger and the unloading auger. If they are not timed correctly it can overload the system and shear the pin.
