Mjay, I think your dealer is two updates behind. That Heavy double flighted auger was not the answer. It was not balanced for one thing. It soon shook everything loose. At this stage of the game you should be looking at an auger with double flighting on the bottom 12 inches or so. It must be balanced. There is a service bulletin that says another update is coming. I haven't seen it yet. I think the upcoming one is the 7th so far.Anyway the only trouble we have had with the present update is the stub hex shaft connecting the lower auger to the u-joint breaks where a pin goes thru it to keep it in place. If this happens put a solid hex shaft in and let it free float. weld a ring around the hex to keep it from falling down inside the lower auger.Good luck!
