We have the same problem, we have not fixed it yet but are going to try the yellow plastic sheet that goes on front of meyers snowplows. the plastic we think would work good and is very flexible, can get one from Northern tool for about 40 dollars

a stainless steel linner is avaliable from New Holland for about 170.00

I tried that two years ago. The poly I used lasted a year, then I switched to the stainless. Save yourself the trouble of fixing it twice and go with the stainless right off the bat. As long as you have the auger out, consider reflighting. If you have that much wear at the bottom of your tank, the auger is probably worn, too.

you do need to take the cross auger out, but as I recall, it didn't take very long to do it by my self. worst part might be getting the nuts on and off the bolts by yourself. having a helper hold the nuts on the backside would make it nearly an easy job. I would suggest replacing bearing as long as you have them apart. Cheap insurance against a breakdown in the field with a full grain tank....
