Overdrive, I am not sure but I think there is a hi speed fan kit for combines. Why do you need more airIJ Ilnewholland

Do you have variable speed fanIJ If so, what's the monitor show as your speed when the fan is at its fastestIJ You can adjust the stop nuts on the stud that the variable speed motor turns. I wouldn't think that you would need that much more air for your fan. Sounds like a sieve adustment unless maybe your windboards need adjustment or repair.

I have a variable speed fan, which I run @980rpm, as fast as it goes. My problem is on hillsides with a 8rw head,200bpa corn I overload my sieves, unless I'm at 2mph. By cutting and putting expanded metal in my shields I was able to increase from 1.5mph. Unless you guys think that there is somthing else going on. I can 5mph no problem on the flat.

You should be able to run your fan at 1050 to 1100. like I said earlier, adust the stop nuts on the threaded stud that the variable speed motor turns. As for the hillsides, check your grain pan for dividers there should be some in there, maybe they're bent or missing. A TR 96, although can get overloaded in the sieves in 200bushel corn with and 8 row head. TR
