Peter, If you have the standard concaves (large and small wires) it will do fine. The small grains concaves (all small wires) and hard thrash kit will do a better job in tough threshing conditions. Peterson chaffer is definitly a plus but the standard sieve (13_16" I believe) should do just fine. Also make sure that the bubble up auger has been updated if it needs it. Hope this helps Proto

They came out with a new auger tube and flighting too. The bubbleup auger flighting is double at the bottom. The small grain or universal concave shoud work good. I often take every other small wire out of the rear 1_3 of the concave. Especally in high yielding wheat or malt barley. If your combine is still in warrantee be sure to check unloadng auger and cean grain auger for wear. Check the metal under the auger in the grain tank, the clean grain boot and the clean grain bottom door. These are high wear areas and may need replacing before 500 seperator hrs. Just check to be sure.

What about the "HarvestServices" concaveIJ They claim there concave is built heavier and is reversible. Any comments good or bad welcomed. Pete
