Combines trading green to red

The JD is a class 6 and the Case is a class 5. There's something wrong with the JD if it doesn't have more capacity than the 2377.

Remember that combine class size is determined by grain tank capacity, hp, the shoe size. The 77 is basically what an 88 was when it was first introduced hp wize with smaller bin extensions.

A 2377 will run with a 9650STS no problem at all and will even run later in the evening when things get tough.

I've had five different 2388's in the last five years. My brother has had the same 9650 STS during that time frame. His 9650 will do just as much as my five different combines would do. I'd say they were very comparable. So surely the 2377 has to have less capacity than the 2388's had, therefore I don't think it will do as much as a 9650 STS. Horsepower makes a big difference in capacity. If you don't have the power you're not going to stuff the material through the rotor. I think the 2377 will do a good job, but you may be disappointed if you think it will do as much as your 9650 STS.

there is no way a 2377 will out cut a 9650. I run 2388s and demoed a 9660 last year, it put my reds to shame. Buying a new 9770 for this year
