TTHEG, I noticed your message and thought I'd reply. Are you looking for some used or new trailersIJ If new, the only ones I would recomend is the Wheeler hopper bottom trailers. They are made in Morley Missouri. WE bought 2 about a year and a half ago and wouldnt trade them for anything. The air operated doors are one of the best things about them with the ease of opening the hopper door with just a valve handle. Aside from that they are very sharp and the company sells several hundred of them to area farmers in KY- Just thought I'd try to make a sales pitch for my trailers, because we have some pretty sharp rigs. If you are lookin for a header trailer i suggest you look at a maurer, especially if you are traveling on the road for longer distances. Don't own one ourselves but I've heard alot of good things about them. check them out at http:__www.maurermfg.com As for trailers, one draw back with a belly dump is that you are basically limited to grains. With dumps you can haul sand, gravel etc in the off season, just a thought. On the other hand bellies are lightweight and allow for larger payloads per axle, and eliminate the need for wet lines on your tractor unit.

thanks to budlight and to thud for your reply. I am looking for used trailers in answer to your question. Also I have thought about off season use and was thinking about a couple of end dumbs also, I need 4 trailers, maybe two bottom dumps and maybe 2 end dumps to use off season. As of yet I do not know capacity of end dumps I want to make sure they will carry enough grain. Thanks Tim

We bought one of the newer Jet grain trailers with the round hopper bottoms. We used it last winter to haul sand and rock works very well.

We would be happy to sell you one of our home made combine trailers. They are a tandem spread axle for maximum weight and versatility. They haul about any size combine with the platform head or a tractor with the grain cart. For some photos, just look up our website at www.naegeleinc.com.
