Make sure the "choke" above the cleaning fan is clear up (open),you might have a linkage problem not getting it all the way up against the stops. Also you might power wash the cleaning fan blades on the inside of the curve to each blade or clean with emery cloth--I know you think I'm nuts, but these blades HAVE to be clean or they will not blow air!!!!!Over the last 25 yrs I have power washed out a dozen or so fan blades that got oil, diesel fuel corn stalk juice, etc on them which made the blades get dirty and not work. The unbelieving customers eyes get real big when you come in from the field not working and spend an hr power washing and go right back to the field and have to turn DOWN the fan because of too much air!!! Also a slipping fan drive belt is not good and engine high idle should be up to max---DO NOT trust the tachometer in cab, I have found some that are way off.
