Bob Dunton-Topeka Illinois. The inventor of Quick Feed. All it is, is a piece of flat metal bolted onto the auger which stick out past the auger flighting. Could this possibly be what you are talking aboutIJ

If it is a Hugger and in front of feeder. You should extend flighting to sure the left and right flighting intersect a common line around tube. Also you should install the floor slope kit not allready installed. Good luck

The article does say the brackets fit Deere and IH combines but can be made to fit other brands with minor alterations. The "Quick Feed" attachments can be purchased from Dunton Farms at a cost of ten dollars per row plus seven for shipping and handling. Call (309) 597-2319 for ordering or more information. It says it is also available at some implement dealerships. The brackets take 30 mins to install. Also keep in mind this artilce was printed in August_September of 2001, so the prices may have fluctuated. If you would like, I could scan the two articles I have and e-mail them to you. I know this was a little more than just a phone number, but I hope this helps. Good luck. Have a good one.

Glad to hear that. Just would like to hear how you get along with them, if you don't mind. Good luck.
