Combines Tri rotor chopper always out of balance

Tri rotor choppers that come standard in JD 9600's, 8820's, etc. do have a major issue with balancing. The problem with those units, to my knowledge, is that the shafts are formed_welded on the end of the rotor tube. Also, the walls are thinner than those used today. Also, your hammers play a roll too. Todays quad rotors are more easily balanced with 4 sets of blades rather than 3. Check you hammers, make sure wear patterns are consistant. I push the REDEKOP MAV rotor kits here in the US. The update kit we have provides a solution to this problem. We feature a quad rotor, 1" stationary knifebar spacing for a fine cut, a larger dia. rotor, and a through shaft w_supports to maintain balance. All rotors are computer balance before they leave the plant. Email me for more info.
