Combines Tricks to changing raddle idelers

had a l2, cut out part of the return steel so there was room to use my fingers to grab the 1_2 inch bolt and pull it inwards.then make enough room to wiggle the idler out.Was told to do this every year,and sure glad I did.Really surprised that how bad they were sometimes.Would really be a mess if it wore out at operating speed.cheap prevention.

Short (front raddle) drop the housing down, then you can crawl up into the housing and change the idlers. long (back raddle) is quite a bit harder. I crawl through the inspection door on the left side and change them from in there. Neither is no easy job, but it has to be done.
